The committee seeks to assess an individual's potential for leadership, academic success and future professional growth. Essay 1 (Required - 900 words max). Describe how your professional and personal experiences have led you to pursue the Texas Evening MBA at this time. Please share with us your short and long term goals and why the Texas Evening MBA is the program best positioned to help you achieve them. Essay 2. (Required - 900 words max). Transcripts, test scores and work history are all very important factors of the application, however, they don't tell the whole story. Tell the admissions committee something about yourself that we will not be able to glean from the rest of your application packet. Essay 3. (Optional - 900 words max). Only if applying to more than one Texas MBA program. Please write a response detailing why you are applying to two McCombs MBA programs and explain how each can fulfill your graduate school objectives as described in your earlier essay. Essay 4. (Optional - 350 words max). Please provide any additional information to the Admissions Committee that you believe is important and/or will address any areas of concern that will be beneficial to the committee in considering your application.
