Essay 1.
Describe your career goals: short term (while you pursue an MBA), post-MBA
(immediately following), and long-term (10-15 years out)? Why have you
selected the Kellogg School to assist you in accomplishing these goals?

Essay 2. Why
are you interested in pursuing your MBA while continuing to work full
time? Why have you selected an evening program and what do you feel you
can contribute to it? (500 to 750 words)
Essay 3.
Describe your most significant career accomplishment to date AND describe
a professional failure. Explain what you learned from each experience.
(400 words maximum each)
Essay 4. What
do you consider to be your greatest personal accomplishment and why? (250
words maximum)
Essay 5.
Optional: Is there a component of your application that you would like to
