LBS MBA Application Recommendation

Your two references should be from people who know you well and are in a position to comment on your suitability for the MBA Programme. One referee should be from a current or previous employer, a colleague, or someone else who knows you well at work; the other referee could be someone who taught you at university or knows you in a professional capacity. We recognise that you may not want to give your current and immediate manager as a referee until you have a firm offer of a place.

2. What do you consider to be the applicant’s major talents and strengths?

3. What do you consider to be the applicant’s major weaknesses or areas for improvement?

4. In what developmental areas has the applicant changed most over time?

5. What will this individual be doing in 10 years? Why?

6. Please elaborate either below or in a separate letter on the ratings you have assigned above (in the form) and comment on how the applicant will contribute to the Programme. Please also make any additional comments concerning this applicant which you believe would be helpful to the Admissions Committee. These comments should not exceed 2 pages.
